The hotel is just a short walk away from Sampalan port, restaurants, and Sampalan harbor night market. My room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and tea/coffee making facilities.

The decoration at The Rahayu Cottage was absolutely charming! The general areas were beautifully adorned with local artwork and flowers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to climb, and the pathways were well-maintained and wide enough for me to comfortably walk with my cane.

I would have loved to see more handrails in the bathroom and around the hotel for added support and safety for senior guests. The children working there were incredibly helpful and attentive, but having additional handrails would have made my vacation even better.

This cozy cottage has all the amenities you need - from a refrigerator and toaster to an electric kettle and coffee maker. The free gallons of water for drinking are a nice touch. The staff is extremely helpful and the WiFi is reliable. The location is convenient, close to the port and ferry boats. They also offer scooter rentals at affordable prices. If you're looking for peace and affordability, this is the place for you.

The tour desk made it easy to plan our island adventures, and the free WiFi had us streaming all the dank memes. Plus, being near the theme parks meant we could hit up some wild rides during the day. The Rahayu Cottage was the perfect spot for a lit vacay with the squad!

But yo, the party scene could've been better. We were hoping for some lit nightlife options nearby to turn up after a day of exploring.
